Can I visit your premises?

Yes, by appointment only. Please call or email ahead so we can have your order ready for collection. Our address is Unit 4 Rivergate, Rivermead Drive, Swindon, SN5 7ET.

Orders & Delivery

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Most in-stock items are dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm. Orders are sent via DHL for next-working-day UK delivery.

How much does UK delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery via DHL starts from £6.70 + VAT. Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) may incur a small surcharge. See our delivery prices page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. International shipping is quoted per order based on weight and destination. We use DHL, FedEx and specialist brokers to keep costs competitive. See our international shipping page for more information.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a DHL tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status in My Account.

Parts & Fitment

How do I find the right part for my car?

Browse by make and model using the navigation menu, or search by part number. If you're unsure, email us your VIN or chassis number and the part you need — we use the same JLR parts catalogues as main dealers and can confirm the exact part for your vehicle.

What's the difference between Genuine, OEM and Aftermarket parts?

Genuine parts come directly from Jaguar/Land Rover with full manufacturer branding and warranty.
OEM parts are made by the same factories that supply JLR but sold under the manufacturer's own brand (e.g. Bosch, Valeo, ZF) — identical quality, usually at a lower price.
Aftermarket parts are made by third-party manufacturers to match the original specification. They offer the best value while maintaining quality.

Do you sell used or reconditioned parts?

No. All our parts are brand new — Genuine, OEM or quality aftermarket.

Payment & Accounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. If you're a garage, workshop or trade customer, please email us for trade pricing and account terms.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Prices shown on the website are ex-VAT by default, with the inc-VAT price shown alongside. UK orders have VAT added at checkout. Orders shipped outside the UK are zero-rated for VAT — import duties may apply in your country.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy on unused parts in original packaging. Please see our returns page for full details and how to arrange a return.

What warranty do you offer?

All parts carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you have an issue with a part, please contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

What if I receive the wrong part?

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the part received. We'll arrange a free return and send the correct part as quickly as possible.
